Flow Skate Wheels #1 (4-Pack) – Uncompromised Speed & Sustainability

Experience the future of asphalt training. The Flow #1 wheels deliver fast rolling resistance (Type 1), uniform speed regardless of skier weight, and a bombproof one-piece design. Compatible with all standard 100x24mm forks.

FF 360 Flow Skate

Why We Ditched Rubber for the Flow System

I’ve always been obsessed with consistency. The problem with traditional rubber wheels is physics: they cheat you. If you weigh 90kg, you compress the rubber more than a 60kg skier. That friction creates heat, softens the wheel, and slows you down unpredictably. You aren’t training on a level playing field.

We solved this with the FF Flow 360 system. We engineered a proprietary composite material that maintains its shape. It offers the grip of rubber but the structural integrity of a hard polymer. This means linear, predictable behavior. Whether it’s 30°C or 5°C, your rolling resistance remains locked in. Plus, we eliminated the rim entirely—this is a solid, one-piece unit. No delamination. No glue failure. Just pure performance.

Technical Advantages of Flow Skate Wheels

  • Universal Standard Fit: Precision-molded 100x24mm dimensions. Fits perfectly on FF, IDT, Swix, Swenor, and Fischer frames with standard 6mm or 8mm axles (check your spacers).
  • Rolling Resistance #1 (Fast): Engineered for high-tempo training and simulation of fast winter conditions. Low friction, high energy return.
  • Zero Delamination Risk: Traditional wheels separate at the rim. Flow wheels are crafted as a single solid structure. We eliminated the point of failure.
  • Weight-Independent Glide: The wheel does not deform under load. Heavy and light skiers experience the same glide properties, making group training more effective.
  • Circular Economy: Made in Norway from 100% recycled materials. When you wear them out, we recycle them again.

FAQ: Flow Series & Compatibility

Which rolling resistance is #1?

Number 1 is our "Fast" category. It mimics icy or fast snow conditions. It is ideal for intervals, sprint training, or skiers who want to maintain high average speeds.

Do these fit my Swenor or IDT skis?

Yes. These are manufactured to the industry standard 100x24mm sizing. They are direct replacements for standard skate wheels from Swenor, IDT, Swix, and Fischer.

How is the grip on wet asphalt?

Surprisingly high. Our composite blend is engineered to provide reliable friction (grip) even without the deformation of soft rubber. You get predictable edge control in varying conditions.

Why choose composite over rubber?

Durability and consistency. Rubber degrades with UV light and heat. Flow wheels maintain their properties for their entire lifespan and are fully recyclable.

Do I need special spacers?

You generally use the spacers currently on your skis, provided they are for standard 24mm wide wheels. Always ensure your axle diameter (6mm or 8mm) matches your fork setup.

What is the "Circular Economy" program?

We take responsibility for our product. Return your worn-out Flow wheels to us, and we recycle the material into new products. You get a discount on your next purchase.
