You may return your product within 45 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied.
- Products may be tested carefully, including light outdoor use
- Items must not show excessive wear or damage
Customized products (such as mounted bindings) are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be clean and in good condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Bearings (SKF / INA) due to sensitivity
- Customized or mounted products
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
