Read News article from a Norwegian reporter just tested our FF Active Skate:
FF Active Skate Rollerski
Despite its low price, the Active Skate delivers across the board. It is directionally stable, comfortable, and feels natural to ski on. It’s also, for a skate ski, easy to brake and control on steep downhills. The center of gravity has also been lowered slightly to make the ski more stable — something most users will appreciate.
We’ve previously tested top models from other brands, and we believe that FF’s budget model is fully on par with them. FF markets the Active Skate as “a simple yet solid rollerski suitable for both beginners and professionals”, and in our opinion, the FF Active Skate simply feels like a top-tier model. It’s even used as an official ski in the Rollerski World Cup.
Our test skis have now been in use for two months, and they continue to impress. They are developed and produced in Norway, and FF claims it’s the market’s best aluminum ski — and there is no doubt that its build quality holds up to comparison with other FF models.
If we were to buy a new skate rollerski today, this is definitely the one we’d pick. The feel of a top model and the price of an entry-level ski is a combination that’s hard to beat.
