🕒 30-Day Return Window

You can return your product within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange, unless the issue is due to fabrication errors.


✅ Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following:

  • In good condition, without signs of heavy use
  • Cleaned and returned in the original packaging
  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Bearings (SKF and INA) due to their sensitivity
  • Sanitary or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health products

🔄 Partial Refunds (When Applicable)

We may offer a partial refund if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use
  • It’s not in original condition, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • The return is requested after 30 days

🔁 How to Return an Item

🔍 Tip: For high-value items, use tracked shipping or insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.


💳 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for it to appear.

🕵️ Late or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t shown up:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays happen)
  4. Still no luck? Email us at pernille@ffskis.com

🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive gift credit in return.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If refunded, return shipping will be deducted from the total

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
